Store Manager

We are looking for an upbeat individual with a self-starter attitude and the initiative to motivate people positively around them. We want to find someone who is personable and "old school" in their management style. We take pride in providing top notch customer service to all of our guests and need someone who can keep our team up to speed with the culture we have built here. 

There is plenty of room for growth within the company for someone who wishes to advance. The more you put in, the more get! 

Responsibilities

• Sets the standard for customer service, work ethics and team building
• Creates and manages scheduling 
• Manages inventory and ordering 
• Develops alternative/efficient avenues of revenue
• Develops and streamlines company policies and procedures 
• Attends to all customer needs with top notch service  
• Handles customer complaints and problems with professionalism 
• Supervises difficult returns/requests 
• Handles theft incidents; files reports and presses charges
• Creates task lists and keeps employees on task throughout the day 
• Encourages staff to provide exemplary customer service at all times
• Informs management of any difficult situations or areas that could use improvement. 
• Collaborates with ownership to establish employee rewards/incentives and reward staff for awesomeness 
• Partners with Social Media Manager to move products, highlight new items, and encourage community interaction
